being the sole point of contact for our swim club customers and website customers
there are over 1500 UK ASA Swim clubs as well as Triathlon and Open Water Clubs
making/building relationships with new and existing swim clubs
we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills
answering customer enquiries via telephone, email, support ticket and live chat
creating quotes for custom swim caps, apparel , and swimwear
handling customer enquiries promptly, professionally and in line with company procedures
dealing with issues that arise, ensuring we resolve them as quickly as possible, whilst keeping customers continually updated
