- deal with all aspects of customer service
- weekly management reporting – stock and sales reports
- here at Proquip we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and Order Processing Assistant to join our Proquip team based at our Head Office in Carlisle
- system updates – price list and product updates
- maintain product barcode database
- we engineer golf clothing from scratch that outperforms the elements, from compression base layers, showerproof golf sweaters and polo shirts to our celebrated ultra-lightweight rain suits
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- customer service experience
- the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- an aptitude for working on different software packages
