- no property background is necessary as you will be trained however previous property experience would be preferred
- working remotely is available after training
- your role will involve working with established public and private property buying organisations. sourcing, negotiating and closing property acquisitions on their behalf
- you will also be identifying new property buying groups, building long term relationships and assisting them to meet their specific acquisitions requirements
- you will also have some admin work such as booking viewings/ surveys, following up on property offers, while managing multiple property transactions, liaising with estate agents and private property sellers
