Responsibility
to provide administrative support to the maintenance and internal surveying department with the collation of M & E correspondence
maintain a robust and accurate database across all client portfolios
ensure timely feedback of updates and information to the team
engage with subcontractor admin team and suppliers as necessary to proactively improve planned maintenance schedules
taking ownership to ensure the list of sites are being monitored and any updates acted upon
ability to understand reports related to M & E, Fire risk assessments and General risk assessments and be able to act upon such reports to ensure compliance
ensure works following recommendations made in the service reports are generated in conjunction with the Head of Property Surveying and Operations Manager
taking ownership of cleaning and gardening contracts retendering when necessary at the various properties in the portfolio
Requirements
essential
education to GCSE Level or equivalent
experience in Facilities Management/Building Services Industry
working knowledge of standard industry contracts, Health and Safety, current legislation including CDM/PD regulations and the CIS scheme
high level attention to detail
excellent listening skills, phone etiquette and ability to resolve problems calmy and professionally
property management: 1 year
the ability and knowledge of working in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team
