- provide direct support to the Company Director as instructed
- make & receive telephone calls in relation to all new prospects and person needing a room to let
- some knowledge or willing to learn relevant Housing legislation what cert’s to give, upon start of tenancy and deposit saving certs
- undertake viewings with potentials clients, fill in forms showing appropriate forms when person/ s wants room
- make & receive telephone calls in relation to all new prospects and person needing their house sold
- communicate with tenants where issues need to be addressed
- generating new leads and interest in what you are doing
