Responsibility

  • we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis
  • process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • maintain and reconcile financial records using Sage 50 Accounts and Excel
  • assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies or issues
  • collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate financial information is provided for reporting purposes
  • provide support during the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • while prior experience is desirable, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in finance administration

Requirements

  • strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data management
  • proficient in using Sage 50 Accounts and Excel. Prior experience is desirable but not essential
  • good understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility regarding working hours
