• making recommendations to landlords regarding any works required
• organising cleaning
• organising all property repairs and keeping a note of appointments
• protecting the Clients Asset and work in their best interests
• instructing maintenance contractors and administering the invoices
• liaising with landlords and tenants daily
• building and maintaining strong working relationships with Landlord’s, tenants and lettings staff
• preparing properties for market, arranging photos, floor plans, EPCs
• ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all imminent policy changes pertinent to our operation

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
