- overseeing the management of 100 flats in one building within a new development in London E16 for a single landlord
- daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, complaints and updates
- assisting all Tenants and Landlords with property issues
- answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- arranging the inventory, check-in and check-out
- answering phones and giving messages to others when necessary

- carry out check in and check outs
- in conducting check-outs liaise with all parties to negotiate a speedy and satisfactory conclusion

- generate New Lettings Business and convert appraisals to instructions

- arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- overseeing the checkout process and liaising with all parties to negotiate a speedy and satisfactory conclusion to deposit matters
- interfacing directly with multiple stakeholders including customers , servicers , regulators, and colleagues within the organisation
- acting as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, and contractors
- organising quotes and works on behalf of clients with quality, time and cost efficiency as priority
- manage the relationship with the landlord, including reporting and accounts matters
- handling property management enquiries promptly and effectively including property inspections, organising maintenance and repairs, and serving relevant notices
- paying service charges and ground rent, dealing with block management regarding block issues
- recording all communications on our dedicated software system
- supervising tenants’ maintenance requests
- the ability to scrutinise quotes on behalf of the client
- arranging the contractors daily and weekly diary
- assessing check in reports and notify landlord of any works required
- hosting Friday morning meetings, when needed
- booking and carrying out 6 month property visits and sending reports to landlords
- some block management will form part of the role

Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- experience within lettings or property management
