Responsibility

  • handyman required for a Property Management company
  • all round workman required for a Property Management company based Tooting Broadway SW17
  • 25 or over only. Must have Clean UK driving License for at least 2 years. New Van and tools are provided
  • basic handyman skills essential such as changing locks, putting up curtains, painting, gardening, furniture assembly, moving heavy items, carpet cleaning
  • extended skills preferred such as electrics, plumbing, carpeting, tiling, flooring, changing fuses, wall plugs, Garden fence
  • some of the work will be carpet cleaning using machines and supervising other cleaners
  • most of our works comes from properties we manage
  • working mostly in South West London
