Requirements
- previous lettings management experience required
- excellent organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with landlords and tenants
- knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations
- attention to detail to ensure accurate lease agreements and documentation
- problem solving skills to address tenant issues and resolve conflicts
