Requirements
strong understanding of facilities management best practices and regulations
excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and complaint handling
ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and contribute to team success
3+ years’ experience in building management, including experience of facilities: managing planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance for offices
property management: 3 years
Responsibility
ensure that all facilities meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
identify, report and oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors and taking appropriate action where an emergency is reported in line with contractual and legal responsibilities
perform regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance or repair needs
to ensure that the premises is kept secure at all times and to control access by monitoring who enters and exits the building
