  • working alongside the senior manager to run the reception desk of a busy vehicle rental business
  • you will be required to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and by email
  • answering questions and providing information to anyone thinking of hiring or actually on hire
  • alongside the senior manager, you will be the first point of customer contact in the business
  • taking bookings processing payments, completing rental agreements
  • checking in and checking out vehicles and inspecting vehicles for damage
  • working with the rest of the team to ensure the vehicles are presented in perfect condition for hire
  • reacting to anything that occurs on a day-to-day basis and co-ordinating an appropriate response
