Requirements

basic knowledge of social media marketing , extra training will be provided
competency in Google apps such as Docs, Slides, Sheets etc
the creativity and confidence to introduce marketing ideas to accounts that may not be as knowledgeable
educated to A-Level qualification or equivalent

Responsibility
building rapport with your designated accounts
answering general phone calls and liaising with team members to help the caller with their enquiry
liaising with your accounts on different marketing ideas to help boost their monthly customer orders
organising payment for marketing campaigns
this also includes a welcome call when the account first signs up with Action Prompt so that you can introduce yourself and the support that you can provide
creating captions, sourcing relevant imagery and scheduling social media content for your designated accounts
this will also be to check that the new account is aware of all of our practices
supporting your accounts with customer service enquiries such as customer requested refunds, ringing through any unanswered orders, menu updates, customer orders, financial enquiries, social media marketing, SMS marketing and other CRM requests
