- promotional Ceramics are a small pottery printing company with around 25 staff
- we are looking for a PART TIME HR ADMINISTRATOR to provide generalist HR support in maintaining and developing the HR function to ensure it works effectively in line with legislation, supports the needs of the business and is seen as a credible and reliable service by employees
- undertake HR project work as required
- responsible for preparing and issuing employment contracts. Updating contracts and ensuring responses recorded and scanned copies available
- responsible for recording absenteeism and timekeeping for all staff ensuring persistent trends and concerns are highlighted to management
- maintain and keep up to date the company notice boards
- monitor records of holiday leave/general absence in line with company policy
