1) Stupid, pointless excessive travel with your radius now increased to 75 Miles (2023 onwards)
2) unrealistic travel times which leads to rushed inspections or you cancelling jobs which is then highlighted by your UL (unit leader)
3) Higher management above UL level clueless as they have no experience of the job
4) Recently the introduction of Flexi time which only benefits the company as they are now planning past your finish time
oops sorry BES I have let that one out of the bag.
5) Management blatantly misleading engineers by informing them that the more modules ( assets ) you can inspect the less you will be traveling

6) Continually monitored via your phone, a peoplesafe device, (tracker). Every keystroke on your laptop as you make a report is monitored and recorded, also taking a photo which is time and date stamped on each item you inspect, not very trusting but they haven't got the resources to monitor you its just a scare tactic so don't worry, just get use to being audited every two years.

7) Your Unit leader is always interviewing new starters 20% turnover of surveyors last year. This should tell you something of what's going on.
