Responsibility
act as a professional point of contact with delegates, trainers, and visitors in person, via virtual media, telephone, and email
provide information, advice and guidance to delegates who are enquiring about courses or having difficulty with registering for online training
proactively communicate with delegates, customers and third parties to ensure the effective and smooth delivery of tasks relating to bookings and courses
provide office support by accurately filing documents, printing and collating course workbooks and materials for trainers, and checking for accuracy and compliance with corporate style and brand standards
ensure delegates enjoy the best possible experience of their course. For international students, this includes advising on social and tourist activities, transport, and general welfare
Requirements
A Level in English Language
experience working in a similar administrative and/or customer service role
experience of living or working outside of the UK
level 2 qualification in business administration or customer service
works on own initiative and can multi-task to ensure completion of tasks and objectives
excellent communicator, personable and demonstrates a positive approach
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
