Responsibility

  • production of accurate and well-presented building regulations, tender and construction packages working collaboratively with other members of the team
  • take part in general office and project specific review meetings as and when required to effectively deliver the project
  • attending site meetings and DTM's with other members of the team
  • attending site meetings and DTM's with other members of the team and/or in a sole capacity
  • general coordination, filing, maintenance and upkeep of project directories
  • liaising with clients and external consultants as appropriate to successfully deliver the project
  • work to and update personal/project programmes to ensure timely delivery of the project and/or other tasks
  • organise distribution of technical information to clients, consultants and statuary authorities as required
