Responsibility
- manage your client portfolio and the day-to-day processing of all associated sales enquiries
- prepare quotations for the Company’s products and services for Clients
- when required, deliver sales pitch to prospective Clients
- negotiate and close project contracts with Clients
- communicate with Clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolve any conflicts or issues which arise
- raise Client’s business concerns and needs to the Company’s management
- follow up with Client’s and ensuring that they are satisfied with the Company’s products and services
- hold handover meetings with the Production team and provide full explanation of the project and products/services required
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication
