- award in Education and Training, or equivalent

- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent
- able to work under pressure
Responsibility
- as a Health and Safety Advisor you will advise, support, and guide your own portfolio of clients, ensuring best practice of safety management and compliance is always maintained
- client Engagement: Embedding a positive health and safety culture, leading client meetings, providing tailored training advice
- compliance Assurance: Conducting workplace inspections, reviewing policies, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards
- problem-Solving: Managing incidents, liaising with the HSE, and implementing practical solutions
- organisation: Planning your own workload and diary to ensure all client requirements are met
- documentation Preparation: Reviewing, amending and producing clients’ health and safety policies, procedures and other documentation
- accident/Incident Investigations: Undertaking accident/incident investigations, liaising with the HSE when necessary
