  • the Halo Project is an award-winning, by-and-for service based in Middlesbrough supporting Black and minoritised women and girl survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence
  • our specialist charity supports women and girls from a diverse range of communities to escape and recover from domestic and sexual abuse, including hidden harms such as honour-based abuse, forced marriage and female genital mutilation
  • our aim is to safeguard, support and empower women and girls so they can feel safe, protected, and equipped with the tools to reach their full potential
  • you will have a flexible approach and be a team player
  • we are seeking applications from women, including those from Black and minoritised backgrounds, to join our passionate and committed team. Being multilingual is desirable and being a driver and car owner is essential to this role
  • you will be responsible for your own case load of clients to manage and support
