- finance & Reporting: Liaise with the external accountant to prepare and circulate a regular monthly reporting pack

- reporting directly to the Founder, Jake Bailey, this person will be responsible for overseeing the critical business infrastructure, creating a firm foundation for future growth, and ensuring operational efficiency
- payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining up-to-date employee records and compliance
- general Company Administration: Liaise with external professional advisors to ensure the smooth execution of mandatory company tasks
Requirements
- experience in a business operations, general management, or senior administrative role, ideally within an automotive, manufacturing, or service based environment
- strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and working with external accountants
- experience in HR and people management, including hiring, performance management, and developing company culture
- background in process and system improvement, with a proven track record of implementing and managing scalable business systems
- experience with clients and working for high-net-worth individuals would be ideal but not necessary
- strong financial literacy, with the ability to work with an external accountant to understand and present business performance
- A reliable, mature, and detail-focused operator who values process efficiency and scalable business templates
- ability to read and interpret documents such as operational manuals, safety regulations, and procedural documentation
