Requirements
- ideally a minimum of 5-7 years as a composite technician in the motorsport, automotive or aerospace industry
- knowledge and track record of working to technical drawings, specifications and complex customer requirements
- knowledge and experience of working with multiple different materials and composite manufacturing processes
- experience of working as a part of a team, creating a positive environment and atmosphere that results in parts being manufactured to schedule to the desired quality
Responsibility
- working for the Production Manager, the Day Shift Senior Composite Technician will support with the daily workload for the team, ensuring deadlines are achieved
