Working hours

Responsibility
- manage and develop our portfolio of existing accounts
- communicate with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues
- proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our offerings, and identifying new business opportunities
- follow up on leads generated from events and trade shows, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales
- utilize iMac software and tools to maintain accurate records, update customer information, and manage sales activities
- create and maintain spreadsheets to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other relevant data
- collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in account management or business development is preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
- proficiency in using a computer, including experience with iMac and spreadsheet software
- self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- demonstrated ability to use initiative, solve problems, and think creatively
- fast learner, adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities
- reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
