PROFLAX is looking for employees for positions:

sales account manager

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • manage and develop our portfolio of existing accounts
  • communicate with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues
  • proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
  • conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our offerings, and identifying new business opportunities
  • follow up on leads generated from events and trade shows, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales
  • utilize iMac software and tools to maintain accurate records, update customer information, and manage sales activities
  • create and maintain spreadsheets to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other relevant data
  • collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous experience in account management or business development is preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
  • proficiency in using a computer, including experience with iMac and spreadsheet software
  • self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • demonstrated ability to use initiative, solve problems, and think creatively
  • fast learner, adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities
  • reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
