Responsibility

  • ensure MLIT’s are up to date for vacant properties
  • ensure that property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely & cost effective manner
  • answer all incoming communications
  • deal with customer enquiries effectively
  • ensure focus on own development
  • resolve complaints within own authority level
  • escalate queries outside of own authority level
  • maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations

Requirements

  • 2 Years industry experience is preferred
  • highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • problem solver, including complaints and negotiations
  • adaptable and a good team player
  • be an effective communicator within a team
  • be able to give feedback in a constructive manner
  • great relationship builder
