Responsibility
- safely and efficiently deliver products to customers within scheduled timeframes while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with customers during deliveries, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
- develop a thorough understanding of our products to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries
- perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the company's delivery vehicles are in good working order
- handle delivery-related issues and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to the customers service and the Transport manager when necessary
- job Type: Fix term contract 12 months
- comply with company policies and procedures related to delivery, safety, and customer service
- collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes
Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous delivery driving experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift and carry heavy packages when necessary
- knowledge of local routes and geography is a plus
- attention to detail and a commitment to safety
