- we are looking for someone to join the company on a full-time basis as the maintenance Manager for rental properties
- we are a family-run company and manage 15 HMO's around Aylesbury
- our Hmo's typically consist of 6-8 ensuite bedrooms with large communal areas
- we target our HMO's to be the best in Aylesbury with corresponding maintenance and customer support
- we strive for excellence
- the position would be 40hrs a week with some flexibility as you will be organising your own work schedule
- our houses are aimed at young professionals who are typically looking for accommodation for 12-18 months and are moving to Aylesbury for a new position
- you would need to be prepared to take emergency calls from tenants every other weekend and if necessary visit houses to solve emergency maintenance issues
