- experience within an engineering/mechanical environment is preferred
- excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- an organised approach and excellent time management
- accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role
- be able to take on physical duties at times as heavy lifting is required
- fork truck experience preferred but not essential - training will be provided
- forklift experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
Responsibility
- assist with managing and maintaining stock levels of product and components
- progressing with suppliers and processing small customer orders on behalf of some of the sales team
