Responsibility
- assist with general compliance queries from clients and ARs
- follow the set policies and procedures around managing conduct risk and appropriate Appointed Representative oversight
- assist with onboarding new clients and ARs
- assist with regulatory reporting and changes using the FCA portals
- support the Compliance & Risk Function in producing content for Board and internal committee reporting
- carry out additional ad-hoc tasks or projects as may be required by Compliance and senior management from time-to-time
- enhancing own understanding of regulatory landscape and taking learning opportunities that are offered
