Responsibility
provide an excellent and comprehensive service to ensure that customer relationships are retained and developed
provide support to the Team Manager in order to build and develop new customer relationships
attend occasional customer visits either on or off site in order to understand and act upon customer feedback
ensure that customer usage data is acted up on and reviewed on a regular basis with the Supply Chain team so that they can plan stock effectively
carry out any such other duties from time to time required by the Company
liaise with the Finance department on a regular basis to ensure that invoice queries are resolved quickly and satisfactorily, and account stops are minimised
produce agreed reports for customers as and when required
provide cover for other accounts within the team to ensure continuity of service during periods of holiday or other absence
Requirements
possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
previous experience within a Customer Service or Sales environment with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues
A minimum of one year working in the environment described above are required. Pro-active “can do” attitude
need to be able to work as part of a team, assisting others where necessary
IT hardware experience would be beneficial
must be fluent in the necessary languages for your account allocation both verbally and in writing
must be able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision, therefore should have experience of prioritising workloads and decision making
