- the successful candidate will also act as deputy to the General Manager
- the role will report on achievements as required to PCN meetings and the Procare management board
- job responsibilities Leadership and planning The role will support the Clinical Director and General Manager in providing leadership to the PCN and informing the development of local plans; gaining and maintaining the confidence of key stakeholders, including the core member practices and other partners
- this will include taking a leading role in project management, and/or allocating tasks as necessary
- managing routine business Alongside the Clinical Director and General Manager, this role will provide the main day-to-day focal point for PCN business, which will include supporting PCN staff, the core member practices and liaising with the Guildford & Waverley Health and Care Alliance team
- the role will be responsible for coordinating monthly PCN meetings, supporting the PCN educator lead in organising quarterly Protected Learning Time events, and helping the General Manager to coordinate the PCN Annual General Meeting
- digital Infrastructure To ensure the PCN Maximises its business intelligence tools Develops a continuous improvement approach to digital accessibility for our patients and workforce Creates data packs to support decision-making that includes but is not limited to demand, capacity, utilisation data, staff and patient experience Project management and delivery The role will support the planning and implementation of PCN projects, including those to deliver digital solutions as directed by the PCN and ICB and the service specifications in the national PCN contract
- he or she will project manage new initiatives for the network within agreed parameters for cost, performance and time, and support the development of business cases and other bids for external funding
