Responsibility
- marketing Manager

- this position will participate in digital marketing strategy and implementation, website content, internal marketing strategies and culture for the company
- develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- the Marketing Manager will work in conjunction with our United States marketing team to coordinate global marketing efforts
- create strategies to promote our portfolio of products & services that result in increased lead generation & sales
- this is a hybrid role and requires a minimum 2 days/week on-site in our Gloucester office
- manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as leaflets, brochures, giveaways & digital adverts/banners
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is desirable or equivalent experience
- recent experience in a professional Marketing role and able to demonstrate involvement in creative projects
- proven experience of creating & leading multi channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- work experience in the medical sector is desirable
- an understanding of digital and print marketing channels
- A working knowledge of website analytics tools
- some knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
