Responsibility

  • handling of renewals, mid-term amendments, claims, premium financing arrangement and queries for a bank of existing clients
  • be hands-on with the broking process
  • development of new business opportunities
  • achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times
  • develop and maintain good working relationships with insurers
  • develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and insurers
  • ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA Regulations and meets ProAktive Quality Systems & Processes
  • ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation, the Scheme Delegated Authority and company procedures
