Responsibility

  • key HR partner for the the BU for the legal topics, the compliance of the HR group's compensation practices, HRIS follow-up
  • as part of the Northern Europe HR team, you support the day-to-day operational HR needs on two subsidiaries , you are involved to deliver the HR Roadmap on your perimeter and you have a strong focus on our staff development
  • HR talent manager for the BU based in Sevenoaks , lead and coordination of all HR talent topics; talent acquisition, succesion plan, employee & team leaders relationship, talent development, talent strategy and processes etc
  • partenaire RH pour la BU ; relais pour les sujets légaux et juridiques, garant de la conformité des pratiques de rémunération du groupe, support au niveau HRIS
  • soutien des projets RH ; soutien de la stratégie RH en fonction des besoins dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des projets RH
  • support of the HR projects; support of the HR strategy according the needs in the definition & implementation of HR Projects
  • support the Head of HR for HR budget on your scope
  • support the Head of HR on the talent & succession reviews with managers and leaders
