Responsibility

  • conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff
  • receive and make check calls to clients, ensuring that they are safe and well
  • report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities or management team
  • maintain accurate records of patrols, check calls, and incidents
  • provide a high level of customer service to clients and visitors
  • checking and monitoring the CCTV
  • liaise with the management team and other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
