- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues

Responsibility
- process and manage payroll for various clients, including calculating hours, wages, taxes, and deductions
- maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems
- collaborate with HR departments and client representatives to gather necessary payroll information
- prepare and distribute payslips, direct deposits, and relevant payroll reports
- stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance
- handle enquiries from clients and employees regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
- reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise
- assist in year-end payroll activities, including generating W-2 forms and preparing payroll summaries
