- taking customer queries over the phone and through email and ensuring these are dealt with in a prompt manner
- dealing with customer requests for delivery and stock transfers including invoicing & crediting
- instructing movement of wine in and out of the warehouse- deliveries and transfers
- liaising with customers regarding replacement/compensation for lost wine
- over-seeing every-day operations of the business
- carrying out stock checks
- managing IT/equipment maintenance and replacement
- continuing development of website and general public relations material
