Responsibility
day to day responsibility for the Watermill in terms of kitchen operation
food ordering for all Watermill events
ensuring all dishes are imaginatively presented and with great attention to detail
to take part in training and development as appropriate and keep well-informed with developments in their field of expertise
to participate in the design of seasonal menus and assist with purchasing food and food related products
to maintain all equipment within the catering operation through due care and diligence
monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production and service, ensuring that the HACCP procedure is being followed according to the Food Safety Management policy
to carry out other tasks and duties related to the role as reasonably requested by the Site Head Chef / Management to reflect or anticipate changes in, or to the job
