Responsibility
- coaching and giving feedback to drivers to ensure compliance with current legislation and dealing with infringements promptly
- monitoring fleet costs and ensuring that they remain within budget
- ensure that vehicles are inspected and maintained as per the company requirements and are operating in accordance with legislation and regulations
- developing and maintaining a fleet strategy, assessing the performance, cost and suitability of vehicles and planning for future requirements, to ensure the fleet meets the needs of the business, both now and in the future
- checking/reviewing and managing health & safety and transport compliance
