Requirements
- scheduling of next business day jobs to the appropriate engineer resource
- liaising with engineers to ensure achievable schedules and routes planned whilst ensuring they have the required parts to complete the job
- liaise with our warehouse team to ship parts through our overnight network where necessary
- scheduling ad-hoc project rollouts and identifying additional resource needed to protect our BAU operation and SLA's
- dealing with engineer queries over parts and job requirements
- dealing with customer queries and requests, creating engineer tasks on the system where required to resolve
- supply chain: 1 year
- speak with our customers' end clients to let them know when our engineers will be attending for pre-planned work
Responsibility
- the Scheduler/Planner will be required to plan work across a nationwide team of engineers ensuring all customer SLA's and requirements are met
