Requirements

- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
