  • general day to day running of the shop
  • greet customers and determine their wants and needs
  • process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • answer customers questions regarding products
  • care for our resident cats
  • unload weekly deliveries - this does include bags weighing up to 20kg
  • weigh out smaller quantities of seeds to sell in smaller amounts and keep the shelves well stocked

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • must be able to lift 20kg comfortably
  • be punctual, approchable, confident and willing
  • retail sales: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
