- maintain contract documentation and advise on post contract matters liaising with Primero Departments/Director/Client & Other Stakeholders
- assess QS involvement if required by Contracts/Project Manager
- post tender negotiations
- liaising with Project PQS with contract specific terms such as retention, valuation dates and any other post tender negotiations where required
- preparation of QS File and management of project specific details on company drive
- ordering of materials and equipment as required
- preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or sub-contractors as required
- liaising with all Primero Departments/Suppliers/Contractors and other Stake Holders with distribution of relevant up to date information
Responsibility
- identify, manage, value, prepare and submit client variations
- identify, manage, value, prepare sub-contractor variations
- review & Discuss Tenders in consultation with Director to assess whether we will be tendering the particular project in question
- preparation of Purchase Order & Actioning Purchase Orders as required
- site visits for site measurements and/or to assess project requirements
- receive, assess and analyse pricing and identify any protentional issues including supply chain issues
- preparation and submission of interim valuations
- arrange and attend tender review meetings with Primero Departments/Director/Other Stakeholders to discuss strategies and methodology
