• use data i.e. KPIs, SLAs to help advise the site teams on changes, best practices, simplification or harmonization

Requirements

• previous experience of having managed a range of support functions & demonstrating leadership skills with the ability to improve organisational effectiveness
• excellent numerical and verbal skills
• excellent communication, organisational and administration skills, including editing and a keen attention to detail
