Responsibility
coordination and administration of activities to support the sales team and clients
use data i.e. KPIs, SLAs to help advise the site teams on changes, best practices, simplification or harmonization
coordinate and liaise with internal and external resources or clients
work with country contacts to obtain information or cascade requests as required to meet deadlines
researching and compiling reports and presentations
providing support to individual executives and management team members
responsible for researching, compiling and maintaining special reports, presentations, contact details, organisation charts, etc
facilitating client calls
Requirements
previous experience of having managed a range of support functions & demonstrating leadership skills with the ability to improve organisational effectiveness
excellent numerical and verbal skills
excellent communication, organisational and administration skills, including editing and a keen attention to detail
an understanding of the requirements and implications of working for an international team
have worked in an environment where confidentiality is important
articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail
good standard of general education
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
