Responsibility
- new business development, identifying and targeting new account opportunities
- visit existing client sites and follow up new enquiries
- lead and support in the negotiation of new sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the Director
- prepare quotations and tender documentation
- reporting weekly on all activities and progress on targets to the Director
- work with the Director to enable and deliver on key-performance plans and strategies
- achieve sale targets
- to gain a clear understanding of clients’ business and their requirements
Requirements
- strong communicator - verbally, written and face to face
- previous experience in a sales/account manager/BDM role
- experience in developing new business/cold calling
- confident influencer and negotiator
- strong client relationship management
- effective time management
- strong ability for attention to detail
- able to work to deadlines and targets
