call centre agent

Responsibility

  • answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and friendly manner
  • provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions
  • maintain accurate customer records and update relevant details in the system
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues
  • meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction
  • assist with outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer queries and concerns
  • stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry standards to offer accurate advice

Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not required
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and work under pressure
  • ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
