Responsibility
- create and publish each coaches timetable
- manage the daily working rota and implement any changes that occur due to absence
- manage levels of staff absence to ensure we cover all of the sessions each day
- be available for members of staff to contact during school term time from 7am – 6.30pm
- quality assurance visits to PSCL partner schools
- provide feedback to members of the PSCL coaching team
- mentor and develop coaches identified by PSCL directors
- work with directors to recruit and induct new coaches using PSCL’s ‘Safer Recruitment Policy’
Requirements
- level 2 NGB Coaching Qualification in at least 1 mainstream sport
- 1st4sport Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport
- multi-Skills Level 2 Qualification
- first Aid qualification
- safeguarding training
- management and leadership
- teaching primary PE: 3 years
- management: 1 year
