support with administrative functions relating to PCS subsidiary companies Deputising for the Business Development Officer where required Ability to prioritise tasks
use judgement and analytical skills to respond to queries within your scope of practice and to escalate complex queries
take the lead on organisational horizon scanning for new opportunities as well as threats Ensuring the provision of effective and efficient administrative support to the team including the allocation of work and absence cover across the service
collating and preparing data using approved processes
collate and coordinate PCS contract performance data for effective sharing and communication of performance and opportunities Oversee and manage the contracts database management, including alerts for contract finish and renewal dates
coordinate responses and deadlines for tender management Support the Business Development Officer and Strategic Finance Manager with all matters pertaining to PTS finances Maintaining a high level of accuracy within work and ensuring work is auditable
coordination of partner meetings and discussions/engagement To make sure the department has all necessary stationary and equipment available
ensure that data collation is accurate and timely
