Responsibility
- manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services, and that they have a smooth onboarding experience
- work closely with the Lead Project Manager to support the planning and execution of product development projects
- create project documentation; coordinate and provide input to project plans
- create and coordinate work packages / work items
- plan and deliver other miscellaneous work that contributes to improving our products
- provide ongoing support to clients who are actively using our products, and work closely with them to resolve any issues or concerns they may have
Requirements
- learn quickly about our products, services, and processes, and be able to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with Scrum methodology is beneficial but not essential
- project Management: 1 year
- be IT literate and able to work with different software platforms, including project management tools, issue trackers, and collaboration software
