I would never ever recommend this company they were unprofessional from start to finish. So many excuses once they had half of my money. I asked for a stone with wedding rings that had a shine but after a longer wait than promised was given rings with a black shadow. Then when I complained they took the stone away and said it would be sorted in 0ne to two weeks but this not done so I messaged them and was told someone had lost his mum, then they were on a training course then someone had covid. So going on and on. In the mine time my dad's resting place looked like a papers place. Then at last I had a call to say they would do it.
How does work at PRESTIGE MEMORIALS look like now? We don’t know anything about it and there are people willing to start employment with them.
