Responsibility
- liaise and follow up on customer quotes, feedback to be updated on company CRM system
- collate information and appropriate documentation to ensure swift progression of sales
- deliver outstanding customer service providing regular updates to all parties
- we are currently looking for a person to take on the new role of Sales and Marketing Administrator who can demonstrate strong customer focused experience in communicating with clients

- the main purpose of the Sales and Marketing Administrator is to proactively follow up on already established customer quotes from our in-house CRM system to ensure that they are converted into sales
- follow ups on quotes will be done by telephone calling each of the customers and liaising with them and adding the information to the company CRM

- previous CRM and IT experience
