- following up sent literature with a view to secure a face-to-face appointment
- we are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments with like-minded businesses that would thrive by having us as their IT partner
- good record keeping of the CRM Database with each call logged on the system
- weekly reporting to the Commercial Manager of the general outcome of calls
Requirements
- proven experience as telemarketer
- proven experience as a telemarketer would be ideal but is not essential
- proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas using the phone
- excellent communication skills
- experience using CRM Software
- patient and able to handle rejection
- good attention to detail while updating our database
- telemarketing: 1 year
